中外老年宜居城市环境建设比较研究--基于中外典型休闲养老城市的对比调研

摘要

In this paper,Chinese cities like Jiangyin of Jiangsu province and Changxin of Zhejiang province are compared with Sydney and Melbourne in Australia and Vancouver in Canada by means of visiting,questionaire and using information online to disclose the difference in ideas about the construction of livable cities for elderly people in China and abroad and the status quo. The findings indicate that ecological resources and humanistic endowment are the two major factores closely related with the construction. Based on the findings, the authors suggest due importance be attached to public security conditions,ecological protection,tourism economy,public services and the use of culture resources in contruction..%结合实地走访、问卷调查、网络信息整合，对江苏江阴市、湖州长兴市及澳洲悉尼市、墨尔本市、加拿大温哥华等5个中外典型休闲养老宜居城市开展对比调研，比较分析国内外典型休闲养老宜居城市建设理论，比较研究国内外养老宜居城市建设现状，归纳出这些城市老年宜居环境建设因素中“生态环境硬资源”和“人文环境软资源”两大主要主导因素。指出我国老年宜居城市建设应重视公共安全状况、重视生态保护、重视发展旅游经济、重视城市公共服务环境建设、重视文化养老。
