SC-CO2中脂肪酶合成植物甾醇酯的应用分析

摘要

In this paper,merits and faults of phytosterol ester synthesis catalyzed by lipase in organic solvents or SC-CO2 were compared. Moreover,three examples of phytosterol ester synthesis in SC-CO2 were illustrated. On the basis of thoroughly analyzing relative aspects of synthesis processes in which lipase is used,four respects needed to be noted in the industrialized application of lipase-catalyzed phytosterol ester synthesis and the prospect of its application were put forward,in the hope of offering references for its industrialized application.%分析脂肪酶在有机溶剂与SC-CO2体系中催化合成植物甾醇酯的优缺点，介绍了几个以SC-CO2为介质酶法合成植物甾醇酯的应用实例，全面分析SC-CO2中脂肪酶合成植物甾醇酯的应用过程的利弊，提出产业化应用中需注意的问题以及对未来应用的展望，以期为SC-CO2中脂肪酶合成植物甾醇酯的产业化应用提供参考。
