对利用LiNbO3晶体拉曼活性的E对称模(ωΤΟ=236 cm-1≈7.08 THz)产生太赫兹辐射进行了研究,采用输出波长为1,064μm的Nd∶YAG脉冲激光器作为泵浦源,根据光学参量振荡的基本原理,推导计算了非共线第二类相位匹配条件下的晶体长度、有效非线性系数、相位匹配角等技术参量,最后根据所计算的各技术参量设计了太赫兹光学参量振荡器(TPO).%The terahertz radiation based on the optical mode of E symmetry mode in LiN-bO3 crystal (which is Raman activity and ωto = 236 cm-1≈7. 08 THz) is researched. In the end, the schematic diagram of THz Parametric Oscillation (TPO) is designed.
