水溶性聚氨酯在隧道堵水施工中的应用

         

摘要

在隧道施工过程中,往往受气候和季节性变化大,地质勘测不精确、雨季时期山体裂隙中地下水的存在等问题,导致隧道基岩裂隙的涌水量大,以致必须采取一系列措施进行堵水。本文通过对某段公路隧道复合式TBM掘进富水地段的水文情况以及公路隧道的涌水量等方面进行分析,探讨水溶性聚氨酯在隧道富水地段堵水施工的优点、施工方法、施工工艺及质量保证措施,来解决隧道施工的漏水问题,提高综合效益,并为类似工程提供借鉴作用。%〔Abstract〕 The tunnel construction process will be largely affected by the climate and seasonal change. The geological survey imprecise and the rainy season period of groundwater in mountain fracture problems of gushing water in tunnel can result in bedrock fracture. Therefore, we must adopt a series of measures for water blocking. This paper, through the analysis of the tunnel and hydrology situation of a section of highway TBM tunneling in water rich section of highway of gushing water and other aspects, conducts a discussion of the advantages, construction method, construction technology and quality assurance measures of water soluble polyurethane water rich in tunnels during water plugging, aiming to solve the problem of water leakage of the tunnel construction, and improve the comprehensive benefit. It also could provide a reference for similar projects.
