Whether Z=14 and Z=16 are the new magic numbers is a hot issue in the current nuclear research. However, the results obtained from various theoretical models are not consistent. In this paper, we examined the reliability on the magic numbers of two isotopes from particle number deviations, occupation probability, quadrupole deformation and single-particle level in the framework of the relativistic mean-field. The results show that Z=14 is a possible magic number and Z=16 does not show signs of magic number. This conclusion is not consistent with the most of the current report.%Z=14和Z=16是否是新的幻数,是目前核研究中讨论得较多的热点问题,但各种理论模型得到的结果并不一致,故在相对论平均场框架内,从粒子数偏离、占有概率、四极形变和单粒子能级多个方面检验了这两个同位素的幻数可靠性问题,结果发现,Z=14是一个可能的幻数,而Z=16并不显示有幻数迹象,这个结论,和目前大多数文献报道的并不完全一致.
