谈高职高端技术技能型创新人才的培养--广东岭南职业技术学院“双需求”人才培养模式控索

摘要

Econom ic industry transition and upgrading puts forw ard higher requirem ent for em ployees. U nder this background, starting from the double requirem ents, Lingnan Institute of Technology establishes the teaching system com bining technology and skill item through adopting the deep com bination of college-enterprise cooperation. It innovates in the construction of teaching staff and the evaluation of talents' quality. It system atically cultivates students' com prehensive applicable ability of technology and skills and practical innovative ability.%　　经济产业转型与升级对从业者提出了更高的要求。在此背景下，广东岭南职业技术学院从“双需求”出发，通过采取校企合作深度融合，构建技术技能融合项目教学体系，创新师资队伍建设与人才质量评价等措施，系统地培养了学生的技术技能综合运用能力与实践创新能力。
