“工学结合”与“工学相和”的思考

         

摘要

The vocational technology educational m ode of "w ork-study" com bination has got w ide recognition w ith the characteristics of clear educational objective, strong learning initiative and enthusiasm , and high know ledge application. H ow ever, there exist som e problem s in the cooperation am ong governm ent, enterprises and colleges, w hich affects the developm ent of the teaching for "w ork-study" com bination. "W ork-study suitability" is the deepening of "w ork-study" com bination, as w ell as the quantization of qualitative basis. In order to realize the "w ork-study suitability" of vocational education, governm ent, enterprises and colleges should shoulder the corresponding responsibility and fulfill their duty to drive the healthy developm ent of vocational education.%  目前“工学结合”职业技术教育模式得到了高职教育界广泛的认可,其具有教育的目的性明确、学习的主动性和积极性强、知识的运用性高等特点,但目前在政府、企业和学校合作间存在着一些问题,影响了“工学结合”教学的开展。“工学相和”是“工学结合”的深化,是定性基础上的量化。要实现职业教育的“工学相和”,政府、企业和学校三者就要担负起相应的责任,履行相应的义务,推动职业教育健康发展。
