基于工作过程的课程考核评价体系研究--以高职维修电工实训课程为例

         

摘要

基于工作过程的高职课程改革已成为当前高职教育改革的热点,而课程考核评价体系改革是促进教学质量提升的重要保障。通过高职维修电工实训课程的实践,提出了课程考核评价措施——“最终成绩=平时成绩(30%)+过程考核(40%)+终结考核(30%)”。通过改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,激励了教师进行改革的热情,激起了“课程群”的评价体系推广,探索了一套有利于创新人才培养的考核评价体系,有效地提高了教学质量。%C urriculum reform based on w orking process has becom e hotspot of present higher vocational education reform . H ow ever, the evaluation system of curriculum check is the im portant guarantee for prom oting teaching quality. Through the practice of higher vocational practical training course of m aintenance electrician, this paper puts forw ard evaluation m easures of curriculum check, that is, the final score is equal to usual perform ance, process check and final exam . Through reform it can stim ulate students' study interest and teachers' enthusiasm of reform . It advances the evaluation system of curriculum group, and explores one check evaluation system w hich is beneficial for cultivating innovative talents. It can increase teaching quality greatly.
