论高职院校特色的形成与发展

摘要

H igher vocational colleges' characteristics are to increase colleges' core com petition, accelerate colleges' developm ent and reinforce colleges' running pow er, w hich play very im portant role. The form ation of higher vocational colleges' characteristics includes historic factor, environm ent factor, and hum an factor. In order to run characteristics, college should consider various inner factors to stand out leaders' characteristics, teachers' characteristics, professional characteristics and students characteristics. It can keep sustainable developm ent for higher vocational colleges to develop w ith characteristics.%　　高职院校的特色对提高学校的核心竞争力，加快学校发展，增强学校的办学实力，起着非常重要的作用。高职院校特色的形成，有历史的因素，有环境的因素，还有人的因素。学校要办出特色，必须充分挖掘各种内在因素，突出领导特色、教师特色、专业特色和学生特色，以特色求发展，使高职院校可持续地发展下去。
