校企文化融合引领高职教育发展

摘要

H igher vocational education has the characteristics of higher education, vocational education and region. The college-enterprise cultural com bination show s the characteristics of higher vocational education. It can enhance the level of talent's cultivation for higher vocational education, and strengthen its ability for serving regional econom ic developm ent. Therefore, in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, higher vocational colleges should enrich the connotation of cam pus culture w ith excellent enterprises' spirit. It should com bine the active elem ents of enterprises' culture in curriculum reform to strengthen the construction of practical training base. It can take the reference of enterprise's m anagem ent system and increase the level of teaching staff to guide the developm ent of higher vocational colleges w ith college-enterprise cultural com bination.%　　高职教育具有高教性、职教性和地域性特征，校企文化融合彰显了高职教育特色，提升了高职教育人才培养的水平，增强了其服务区域经济发展的能力。因此，在校企合作中，高职院校要用优秀的企业精神丰富校园文化的内涵，在课程改革中融入企业文化的积极元素，加强实习基地的建设，借鉴企业管理制度，提高师资水平，以校企文化融合引领高职院校的发展。
