湖南省地方高职商科专业“集合式订单”运行机制探析

摘要

M any-year practice of cultivating local higher vocational business m ajor of H unan province show s that traditional order cultivation faces m any challenges. Talents' training m ode of"assem bling order" can effectively avoid the existing problem s in the traditional order cultivation. The key of im plem enting talents' training m ode of"assem bling order" is to be qualified w ith good operating m echanism , w hich includes subsystem of college-enterprise cooperation, subsystem of project guidance and subsystem of basic guarantee. In the im plem entation it should define project cultivation and im plem enting objectives, as w ell as the construction of basic guarantee system .%　　湖南省地方高职商科院校“订单”培养多年的实践表明，传统的“订单”培养面临着诸多的挑战。而“集合式订单”人才培养模式则可有效规避传统的“订单”培养存在的问题。“集合式订单”人才培养模式的实施关键在于具备良好的运行机制。该运行机制包括校企合作子系统、项目引领子系统以及基础保障子系统。实施中要明确项目培养与实施目标，构建基础保障制度。
