从就业特点出发改进高职院校就业指导课的思考

摘要

As the serious tendency of graduates' employment in colleges and universities, many higher vocational colleges set up employment guidance courses, which plays certain role for prom oting higher vocational students' market com petition. But there exist some problems in the implementation of this curriculum . In order to solve these problems, it should start from employment characteristics of higher vocational students, paying attention to the construction of professional teaching staff and enriching teaching content and form . It expects to promote teaching reform with employment guidance. It should strengthen colleges' teaching supervision so that employment guidance course can play the optim ized teaching effect.%　　随着高校毕业生就业形势的日趋严峻，许多高职院校开设了就业指导课，这对提升高职学生的市场竞争力起了一定作用。但在课程的实施中，仍然存在一些问题。要想解决这些问题，应从高职学生的就业特点出发，重视专业教师队伍的建设，丰富授课内容和形式，以就业指导促进教学改革，加大学校的教学监管力度使就业指导课发挥最优的教学效果。
