战后日本企业内职业教育的特点及改革趋势探究

After World WarⅡ,Japanese enterprise interior vocational education has formed its own characteristics: the legalization of enterprise vocational education policies; the lifelong of this education process; the totality of this education object; the diversification of this education mode and the ethics principle of enterprise vocational education conception in Japan. And the tendency of its reform contains three points: from"techniquelism"to"humanism"; from"model"to"creation"; from"closed"to"open".%二战后,日本企业内职业教育逐步形成了自身的特色:企业内职业教育政策的法制化、过程的终身化、对象的全员化、途径的多样化以及观念的伦理化.其改革趋势:由"技能化" 向"人本化" 转变; 由"模仿型" 向"创造型" 转变; 由"封闭型" 向"开放型" 转变.
