Island B&B is new form of island touris m industry. It is touted by the market and has been developing rapidly in recent years because of its outstanding cultural themes and community participation. At the same time,the hidden trouble of safety becomes a serious problem due to the absence of B&B industry disorder expansion and management deficiencies. Taking Zengcuo'an as an example,this paper uses tourists perception investigation and filed survey,and explores the problem of tourism safety during the development of B&B. The results show that the overall security situation of Zengzuo'an's bed and breakfast is good,but as for food,the safety situation,it has the lowest tourists perception. It exists correlation between the extent of tourists actual safety perception and the group of tourists characterizes. The external factors of the security problem is rooted in government management and tourism destination development in an early stage of the life cycle.%海岛民宿是海岛旅游产业发展的新业态,由于其文化服务功能较为突出、社区参与性较强,近年来受到市场的青睐而发展迅速.同时,由于海岛民宿产业无序扩张、管理缺位,安全隐患成为民宿发展的一大问题.文章以厦门曾厝垵为例,借助于游客感知调查与实地考察,探寻海岛民宿开发过程中存在的旅游安全问题.结果显示:厦门曾厝垵民宿安全总体较好,但是游客对民宿旅游中的餐饮安全满意度最低;游客实际安全隐患感知的程度与游客的群体特征存在相关性;政府管理不足与旅游地发展处于初级阶段是安全隐患存在的外在因素.
