China's current economic development has made remarkable achievements, at the same time, along with regional unbalanced development. The increasing income gap between urban and rural, makes the tendency of dualization in our country's Labour market more and more obvious, as the a result, university graduates who worked as important human resource face severe employment problem, the social problem.And the social problem caused by college students' unemployment is increasingly prominent. This paper analyses the type of unemployment of the university student from the viewpoint of economics, and then explaining the causes of unemployment of university graduates by binary system labor market segmentation theory,and putting forward to some suggestions for the graduates' employment.%当前我国经济发展取得举世瞩目的成绩同时,伴随着区域发展不平衡,城乡收入差距扩大,使我国劳动力市场二元化的趋势越来越明显,作为重要人力资源的大学毕业生面临严峻的就业问题,大学生失业所带来的社会问题日益凸显.本文从经济学角度分析大学生失业的类型,进而用二元制劳动力市场分割理论解释大学毕业生失业的原因,提出促进大学毕业生就业的建议.
