简易RLC电桥测试仪的设计

RLC测试是电子专业高素质技能型人才培养的一项内容。以AT89S51单片机作为核心控制器件,将电桥电路中的RLC电压参数经过运算放大器放大后进行模数转换,再由单片机处理数据后,RLC测量值液晶显示。%RLC testing is a part of highly skilled electronic professional training. The paper introduces the de- sign of a simplified RLC bridge tester which uses the AT89S51 microcontroller as the core control device. The tester amplifies the bridge voltage of the RLC circuit parameters through the operational amplifier then does the analog - digital conversion, then after the data processing by the mierocontroller; RLC tester liquid crystal screen can display the results.
