工学结合人才培养模式下模具专业师资队伍建设的分析和研究

摘要

Starting from the new faculty requirement of matrix major under learning - working combination mode, the author has analyzed current situation of matrix major faculties in national model higher vocational col- leges, and researched into matrix major faculty construction. It is expected to provide a reference to faculty construc- tion of other higher vocational colleges.%本文从工学结合模式下模具专业师资的新要求出发,对国家示范高职的模具专业师资队伍的现状进行了分析,并对模具专业师资队伍建设进行了探讨,为其他高职院校模具专业的师资建设提供了参考。
