高校资助政策体系中贫困生认定难点及对策探究

摘要

近些年来,随着高校资助体系的逐步完善,高校贫困生问题得到了有效解决。但作为各项资助政策实施的重要环节,贫困生认定却存在着许多不足之处,使得国家的一些资助政策在效用上大打折扣。笔者结合实际工作体验,分析了贫困生认定工作存在的难点,提出了解决这一问题的对策。%In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the aiding system in higher education, many ettec- rive measures have been taken to help the impoverished college students. However, there are still some problems in the confirmation process which have greatly weakened the effectiveness of the aiding policy, even though the confir- mation of really- poor students should be an essential step in the aiding system. Thus, with the practical working experience, the author of the present paper analyzed the difficulties in the confirmation process and put forward sev- eral countermeasures.
