基于BSC技术的二级学院教研室绩效管理体系初探

摘要

平衡记分卡是一种公认的有效战略管理工具。本文主要在对二级学院绩效管理的现状分析的基础上，提出了教研室层面下实施平衡记分卡的可行性，探讨了如何利用平衡记分卡提高教研室绩效管理水平，为改进与规范高校二级学院教研室绩效管理提供了理论依据和实施方法。%The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a recognized effective strategic management tool .Based on the analysis of the current situation of performance management in secondary schools ,the feasibility of the implementa-tion of the balanced scorecard is put forward and how to improve performance management level of teaching and re-search section by using the balanced scorecard is discussed to provide a theoretical basis and implementation method for improving and standardizing the performance management of teaching and research sections in secondary schools .
