实训主导型《植物组织培养学》实验教学改革与实践

摘要

Practical training was introduced into plant tissue cultivation experimental course.The curriculum design, the teaching method and the evaluation of teaching effect in experimental course under practical training were explorated and practiced,the curriculum system under practical training was established basically .The new system is better than the traditional system, and about 81.67% trainee were satisfied with it.%将实训引入植物组织培养实验教学中，通过对实验实训课程设计、教学方法与组织形式、教学效果评价等方面的探索与实践，初步建立了实训为主导的《植物组织培养学》实验教学课程体系，实施后与传统教学模式相比效果突出。学生对课程的满意度达81.67%。
