高职学生法制教育现状调查报告--以晋中职业技术学院为例

摘要

针对目前晋中职业技术学院法制教育的现状进行了问卷调查，从调查的结果来看，学生对法律基础知识的掌握普遍较好，但依然存在一些问题，如法制教育与道德教育相分离、法制教育方法简单、部分学生的法制意识淡薄等。针对本次调查反映的问题，提出提升法制教育效果的相应对策。%By taking the form of questionnaire, the research investigates the present situation of legal edu⁃cation in Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College. The result shows that students have a good grasp of the basic knowledge of law, which indicates that the legal education in Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College has made certain achievements. However, there are still some problems, such as moral education is separated from legal education, the methods of legal education are rather simple and single, part of the students ’legal consciousness is still not strong, and so on. In view of the problems reflected in the questionnaire, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the legal education in higher vocational colleges.
