科学发展观视野下我国宏观调控法律制度的构建

摘要

科学发展观是政府进行宏观调控的指导思想,同时,宏观调控又是落实科学发展观的重要保证。如果仅仅从法律制度和政策的角度看,我国现行宏观调控制度为实现经济社会发展目标提供了基本的保障,但同样存在一些问题。为此,我们应以科学发展的思维去构建宏观调控法律制度。%The scientific outlook on development is the government＇s guidelines in macro conrol,and at the same time,the macro control is an important guarantee for the achievement of scientific development concept.If only from the perspective of the legal system and policy,our country＇s present macro control system has provided the basic security to reach economic and social growth goals,but there still exists some problems.Therefore,we should take a scientific development concept thinking to build macro control law system.
