分子筛催化剂晶化母液有效成分回收实验研究

         

摘要

研究了利用絮凝剂回收分子筛催化剂晶化母液中有效成分,通过利用紫外分光光度计定量测定了晶化母液和絮凝后清液的磷含量.通过单因素实验研究了絮凝剂用量、絮凝温度、搅拌时间和速度等因素对絮凝效果的影响,确定了最佳操作条件:20mL原液加入2.6mL浓度9%的H絮凝剂,温度控制在25℃,转速适中(1/3全速),搅拌8min,静置3小时,絮凝效果最佳.%In this paper, effective components for the crystallized mother liquor of zeolite catalysts were recycled by flocculants. The phosphorus contents of the crystallized mother liquor of zeolite catalysts and the phosphorus contents of the clear liquid for the flocculants added were determined quantitatively by UV- spectrophotometer. The flocculant dosage, flocculation temperature, flocculantion time and speed of mixing were investigated by single factor experiments. The results have shown that the optimal flocculanting conditions are that 2.6 mL of H flocculant for 9% concentration are added in 20 mL of the crystallized mother liquor, the flocculation temperature is controlled at 25 ~C, the mixing speed is moderate (1/3 full speed), the stirring time is 8 minutes, and the deoosited time is 3 hours.
