固相法制备CaCu3 Ti4 O12及其结构与介电性能的研究

         

摘要

The high dielectric ceramic of CaCu3 Ti4 O12(CCTO)ceramic in perovskite structure was synthesized by solid state reaction. The sintering temperature,crystal structure,microstructure and dielectric properties at different sintering temperatures were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and Agilent4294A- dielectric measurements. The results showed that single phase CCTO was synthesized from CaCO3、CuO and TiO2 powders at temperatures higher than 950 ℃,the high dielectric CCTO ceramics with good properties can be obtained by sintering at 1 120℃ for 6 hours.%通过固相反应合成了ABO3型钙钛矿结构CaCu3 Ti4 O12(CCTO)巨介电常数陶瓷材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和Agilent4294A精密阻抗分析仪对不同烧结温度下样品进行了物相、显微结构及其介电-频率特性的测试分析。结果表明:在温度高于950℃时,反应充分,可完全生成 CCTO,1120℃烧结温度保温6 h的CCTO介电陶瓷,致密性好、晶粒大小均匀、结晶良好,具有优良的综合介电性能。
