草本植物对石油污染土壤净化能力的研究

摘要

Objective:In order to determine the content of petroleum hydrocarbons in petroleum contaminated soil.Method:A pot experiment was conducted to study the purification ability of several herbaceous plants to petroleum contaminated soil. The results:some herbaceous plants in the tested,the purification effect of Tall Fescue and white clover in the petroleum hydrocarbons are better,and alfalfa Petroleum hydrocarbons purifying effect is the best,the herb of Petroleum hydrocarbons purification rate has significant difference (P<0.05).To the growth of plants,oil contaminated soil did not inhibit the growth of plants.Conclusion:The purification rate of some kinds of herb plants to petroleum hydrocarbons is in turn:alfalfa>festuca arundinacea>white clover.%目的：为测定了石油污染土壤中石油烃的含量．方法：采用盆栽试验研究了几种草本植物对石油污染土壤净化能力．结果：供试的几种草本植物中，高羊茅与白三叶对石油污染土壤中石油烃的净化效果均较好，而紫花苜蓿净化石油烃的效果最好，各草本植物对石油烃的净化率存在显著差异（P＜0．05）．在植物生长方面，石油污染土壤没有抑制植物的生长．结论：几种草本植物对石油烃的净化率依次为：紫花苜蓿＞高羊茅＞白三叶．
