金针菇多糖抗2型糖尿病作用的研究

摘要

以链脲佐菌素和脂肪乳联合的方法建立2型糖尿病动物模型，观察金针菇多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖，血脂四项，肝、肌糖原，游离脂肪酸和胰岛素水平的影响。结果表明，金针多糖能明显控制糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖，调节血脂紊乱，改善胰岛素抵抗，增加糖原的储备以及降低游离脂肪酸水平。金针菇多糖能改善2型糖尿病大鼠的症状，有明显的抗2型糖尿病作用。%High-fat diet and STZ were used to induce type 2 diabetes model in order to observe the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,free fatty acid and glycogen after treating with polysaccharides from Flammulinavelutipes(FVP).The results show that FVP reduces hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and free fatty acid levels,improves insulin resistance and increases glycogen.FVP exerts antidiabetic effect on type 2 diabetic rats.
