嘉兴市文化创意产业知识产权保护研究

摘要

In view of the current situation that the intellectual property protection level of Jiaxing’s cultural and creative industries is not high,this paper,firstly from an analysis of the close relationship between the in-tellectual property rights and the development of cultural industry,illustrates the importance of the protection of intellectual property rights during the development of cultural and creative industries.Furthermore,by using various methods such as literature,interview and on-the-spot investigation,it analyzes the current situation of the intellectual property protection of Jiaxing’s cultural and creative industries,as well as the main problems existing in the development.Finally,with regard to the status of Jiaxing and on the basis of comparative analysis,some countermeasures are put forward as to promote the intellectual property protection level of Jiaxing’s cultural and creative industries.%针对当前嘉兴市文化创意产业知识产权保护水平不高的现状，课题组首先从知识产权与文化产业发展的密切关系分析入手，说明文化创意产业发展过程中知识产权保护的重要性；利用文献、访谈、实地调查等方法，对当前嘉兴市文化创意产业知识产权保护状况进行了分析，剖析了发展中存在的主要问题；最后结合嘉兴市情，在比较分析的基础上，提出了提升嘉兴市文化创意产业知识产权保护的建议。
