'中国梦'与'世界梦'的相通与双赢——基于'人类命运共同体'理念的分析

在全球化深入发展的时代背景下,世界各国共处于同一人类命运共同体之中.在此基础上,"中国梦"与"世界梦"紧密相连,在背景、内容、特性、本质等方面高度相通,实现两者双赢有章可循.实现中国梦与世界梦的双赢首先需要激活中国传统的和谐、宽容、大同等文化智慧;其次,各国应当坚持外交底线思维,决不能侵犯他国的正当权益底线;再次,全人类应秉承人类命运共同体意识,构建公正合理的新型国际关系;最后,应以中国梦助推世界梦,以世界梦带动中国梦,从而共圆中国梦与世界梦.%Under the background of deepening globalization,each country in the world is in a com-munity of common destiny.On this basis,the"China Dream"is closely connected with the"World Dream"in background,content,characteristics and essence,and both can be realized in a win-win si-tuation.To realize both dreams,first,it requires the utilization of Chinese traditional cultural wisdom including harmony,tolerance and"great unity";second,a diplomatic line of thinking should be set up that no country can violate the legitimate rights and interests of others;third,consciousness about the community of common destiny should be established to build a fair and reasonable new international rela-tionship.Only by mutual promoting can both the China Dream and the World Dream be realized.
