创新军队院校教育教学管理机制浅探

摘要

The military college is the main body of our military education in the new situation, in the development of military theory, the theory of modern education, modern management science, modern science and technology, military colleges and universities should actively promote the innovation of education and teaching, to train a large number of new high-quality military personnel, in order to meet the needs of the new military revolution Chinese characteristics. The transition from establishing a scientific concept of running a school, teaching management system, the reform of the administrative system of teaching contents, improving teaching methods, using five aspects of information technology, the ways of teaching management mechanism innovation of education in military academies, and strive to improve the army college teaching level and teaching quality.%军队院校是我国军事教育的主体，在军事理论、现代教育理论、现代管理科学、现代科学技术不断发展的新形势下，军队院校要积极推动教育教学创新，加紧培养大批新型高素质军事人才，以适应中国特色新军事变革的需要。本文从树立科学办学观念、转变行政式教学管理体制、改革教学内容体系、改进教学方法、运用信息技术五个方面入手，对创新军队院校教育教学管理机制的途径进行探讨，力求不断提升军队院校的教学水平和教学质量。
