新形势下我国村民自治存在的问题及对策分析

当前形势下,村民自治是农村管理最主要的形式之一.是现阶段中国特色农村社会主义建设的最基本形式.在农村发展过程中,村民自治取得了不小的成绩,但也存在着一定的问题,不同程度的制约了农村的进步,制约了村民自治健康有序的发展.本文在明确村民自治制度的基础上对村民自治中存在的问题进行分析并提出了相应的解决措施.%The current situation, the villagers' autonomy is one of the main forms of rural management.
