随着放射性药物化学和核医学的快速发展,放射性诊断核素99mTc在临床的应用越来越广泛,从而使得当前全球对其母体核素99M o的需求量不断增加.目前高浓铀靶裂变法生产99Mo仍是最广泛使用的方法.本文系统介绍了国内外采用高浓铀靶裂变法生产99M o的发展历史和生产工艺.%The demand of the isotope molybdenum-99(99Mo)exploded since its daugh-ter isotope—the Technetium-99m(99mTc),has been the most widely used medical radio-isotope all over the world,accounting for >80% of total nuclear diagnostics worldwide. In this review,discusses are focused on radiochemical routes for the production of 99Mo, (including target materials,separation,purification)and the historical viewpoint of 99M o technology developments.
