水母胶原蛋白及其水解产物在生物医学研究中的应用

         

摘要

Collagen and its hydrolysates are the main functional substances derived from jellyfish, with superior characteristics including the convenient extraction, non-toxicity, high biodegradability and good biocompatibility. As a result, jellyfish collagen and its hydrolysates have become an important material in the field of biomedical research and showed a good application prospect in tissue engineering, biomaterial development and drug delivery. This review focuses on the application of jellyfish collagen and its hydrolysates in the biomedical researches, such as collagen scaffolds for cartilage tissue engineering, vascular grafts, aptamer sensors, hemostatic materials, anti-arthritis, anti-hypertension, so as to provide a reference for further studies on the application of the jellyfish collagen and its hydrolysates.%胶原蛋白及其水解产物是来源于水母的主要功能物质,具有提取方便、无毒、生物降解性高、生物相容性好等诸多特点.水母胶原蛋白及其水解产物以其优良性能成为生物医学研究领域的重要材料,在组织工程、生物材料和新药研发中均呈现良好应用前景.本文综述了水母胶原蛋白及其水解产物在软骨胶原支架、血管移植物、适配体传感器、止血材料、抗关节炎、抗高血压等生物医学研究中的应用,旨在为进一步探讨水母胶原蛋白及其水解产物的应用研究提供一定的参考.
