Developing the strategic emerging industries is a national strategy, and Jiangxi Province makes a development target of ten stra-tegic emerging industries based on its characteristics. Sci-tech resources are core resources for developing Jiangxi's strategic emerging in-dustries, so strategic emerging industries' input and output status are analyzed based on enterprise survey in Nanchang high-tech develop-ment zone. An evaluation model is constructed for measuring sci-tech resources input-output efficiency of strategic emerging industries, and empirical analysis is done by DEA method. Sci-tech resources input-output efficiency of strategic emerging industries in 2010 of Jian-gxi Province is measured and four policies are put forward to optimize the input-output efficiency of sci-tech resources of strategic emer-ging industries.% 发展战略性新兴产业已上升到国家战略高度，江西省立足自身特色也确定了十大战略性新兴产业的发展目标，科技资源是江西省战略性新兴产业创新与发展的核心资源。以南昌高新区战略性新兴产业的企业调查为基础，分析江西省战略性新兴产业的科技资源投入与产出现状，构建战略性新兴产业科技资源投入产出效率的评价模型，采用DEA方法进行科技资源投入产出效率的实证，测量出2010年江西省十大战略性新兴产业科技资源投入与产出的相对效率，进而提出了提升战略性新兴产业科技资源投入产出效率的四种策略。
