This paper firstly reveals the mechanism of employee's competitive knowledge sharing by analyzing opportunities to competitive intelligence brought by social media and argues that collaborative competitive intelligence could be shaped in this context. Then it analyzes its features and advantages from the aspects of dominant logic, process model, value, knowledge management strategy and innovation. Fi-nally, it points out the challenges faced by collaborative competitive intelligence and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.%首先通过分析社会化媒体带给竞争情报的机遇揭示其共享员工竞争知识的机理,包括隐性知识可视化、非正式共享、技术灵活易用、集体论证和学习等,认为社会化媒体有利于实现协作式竞争情报。然后,从主导逻辑、过程模型、价值体现、知识管理战略和创新性等方面分析协作式竞争情报的特征和优势。最后,提出协作式竞争情报面临的挑战,包括信息安全、信息过载、信息控制权和员工激励等,并从信息政策、管理层承诺、企业文化和平台营建等方面探讨应对策略。
