机构知识库之组织结构建设问题研究--以党校机构知识库建设为例

摘要

相对于机构数量，国内机构知识库建设成熟的依然较少，文章对机构知识库建设存在问题的研究进行了分析，包括内容建设(内容收集、质量控制、版权)、政策、资金、人员配备、宣传推广、与其他信息化系统对接等方面的问题，并对这些问题的解决对策与机构知识库的组织结构建设的相关性进行了分析，提出构建适合的组织结构是机构知识库建设和长期可持续发展的保证。%With respect to the number of agencies, the construction of domestic institutional repository ( IR) is still very limited. The problems in the construction of IR, such as the content construction(content collection, quality control, copyright), policy, funding, staffing, promotion, docking with other information systems, etc. , are analyzed. Then, the relationship between the countermeasures for these problems and the organizational structure construction of IR is explored. At last, the paper puts forward that choosing a suitable or-ganizational structure is the guarantee for the construction and long-term sustainable development of IR.
