众投( crowdfunding)是近几年兴起的一种基于互联网群体协作模式的新兴大众投资方式，在全世界得到了快速的发展。相比于传统筹资方式，众投更贴近大众，筹资更为方便，因此研究其发展模式、筹资流程等对促进该领域发展具有重要意义。以中美典型众投网站为例，通过网站数据和编程语言Python获取网站相关信息，并使用案例研究方法，对众投的发展模式、筹资流程以及各类型项目相关特征进行统计分析。结果表明，中美众投模式的发展有不同程度上的差异，通过对项目数量、筹资金额、项目成功率的分析可以提炼出筹资人及投资者的偏好、众投模式适用的项目类型等信息。同时还归纳出了众投的运作模式图和项目筹资阶段的发展模式图，并总结了众投与传统筹资方式的区别以及其存在的不足。%Crowdfunding is an emerging internet business model based on the online mass collaboration in recent years and has been wide-ly spread globally. Compared to the traditional financing styles, crowdfunding is much closer to the public and easier to raise funds, thus it is interesting and important to explore this business model and financing process. This paper examines the typical crowdfunding websites in China and the U. S. by collecting data via a self-developed crawl system in Python language. Case study has been adopted as our re-search method to explore the development model, financing process and other related characteristics of crowdfunding websites. The result shows that, there is a great difference on the degree of development between China and the U. S. . Investees' and investors' preferences, types of projects matching crowdfunding can be generalized through the analysis of the number of projects, the amount of money raised and the success rate of projects. This paper also proposes a general mode of crowdfunding and the development model diagram of a project dur-ing financing stage, and summarizes the difference between crowdfunding and traditional financing methods and the limitations of crowd-funding.
