信息服务与用户认知过程的关联与互动研究

摘要

阐述了认知过程与信息服务过程，指出了用户认知过程与信息服务过程的关联与互动关系，肯定了用户认知过程对信息服务工作的制约作用和信息服务工作对用户认知过程的影响作用，在此基础上，构建出信息服务与用户认知过程的互动策略。%This article elaborates the cognitive process and the information service process, points out the correlation and interaction be-tween the user's cognitive process and the information service process, shows the restriction of the user's cognitive process to the latter, and expounds the influence of the information service process on the user's cognitive psychological process. At last, some strategies to promote the interaction between the two processes in question are presented.
