曼陀罗和多刺曼陀罗种子对小鼠的急性毒性研究

摘要

采用灌胃法，测定了曼陀罗属中的曼陀罗(Datura Stramonium L .)和多刺曼陀罗(Datura ferox L .)种子对小鼠的毒性。结果表明，曼陀罗和多刺曼陀罗种子对小鼠的致死中量分别为19.05 g/kg和23.53 g/kg体重；试鼠对曼陀罗和多刺曼陀罗的耐受量范围分别是12-30 g/kg和8-40 g/kg。本研究结果可以为口岸检验检疫制定曼陀罗检验检疫管理措施及安全卫生限量标准等提供科学的决策依据。%T he m ethod of I.G w as adopted to determ ine toxicity of Datura stramonium L . and Datura ferox L ..
