The incubation period of austenites decomposition of 35CrMo,35MnNiCrMo,35CrNi3MoV and W18Cr4V was measured by means of full-automatic phase tansformation instrument of FTM-4 Formastor-Digital.The result shows that the effect of the cooling rate on the incubation period is somehow regular.The effect on the incubation period is obvious when the cooling rate is small and the effect on the incubation period is very little when the cooling rate is added to a certain extent.In addition,the mechanism about the effect of cooling rate on the incubation period was discussed.%应用FTM-4型Formastor-D全自动相变仪,对35CrMo,35MnNiCrMo,35CrNi3MoV,W18Cr4V钢的奥氏体分解孕育期进行了测试研究,结果表明,冷却速度对孕育期的影响存在一定的规律性,即vc不太大时,对孕育期影响较大;当vc增大到一定程度时,对孕育期的影响很小.
