基于 TOPDIS 的区域物流发展水平提升方法研究

摘要

In order to improve regional logistics development (RLD ) effectively , the paper has constructed a brand-new evalua-tion index system , and based on this system , researched the RLD of provinces and cities in China’s eastern area quantificationally by using TOPDIS decision-making method , obtained the intuitive data results , and gave the corresponding optimal promotion suggestions . The case study shows that the improving method is simple in calculation , its results are intuitive , and the method has good operability and prac-tical value in improvement of RLD .%为有效地提升区域物流发展水平，本文构建了全新的评价指标体系，并依据此体系运用TOPDIS决策方法对中国东部10省市的物流发展水平进行了定量实证研究，获得了直观的提升数据结果，并给出了相应的最优提升建议。研究表明，该提升方法计算简便，计算结果直观、清晰，有较好的可操作性和实用价值。
