美丽乡村建设与农村产业融合发展的协同关系——乡村振兴视角下浙江湖州的实证研究

摘要

The construction of beautiful village and the development of rural industry are the foundation of rural vitalization.This paper analyzes the synergetic relationship between the construction of beautiful village and the development of rural industry.Taking Huzhou as an example, this paper discusses the present situation and shortcomings of synergetic development of beautiful village and the development of rural industry.Finally, some policy recommendations are proposed to promote the synergetic development.%乡村振兴包含五个维度的发展目标, 其中, 美丽乡村建设是乡村振兴的基础, 农村产业融合发展是乡村振兴的关键, 二者相互作用, 产生协同效应.以湖州为例, 分析乡村振兴视角下美丽乡村建设与农村产业融合发展的现状及其存在的不足, 提出应完善现代基础设施、强化人才和科技支撑、全域推进美丽乡村建设, 在打造优势特色产业深度融合发展的同时, 重视农业特色小镇建设, 并完善有关的体制机制.
