应用型本科院校旅游管理专业'课岗证赛'四位一体人才培养模式研究

         

摘要

目前,我国旅游和酒店行业内呈现出严重的人才供需错位问题,这一问题的出现也暴露出高校旅游管理专业人才培养存在的诸多不足."课岗证赛"四位一体培养模式,将课堂教学、岗位实践、资格认证和技能竞赛融为一体,实现"课中有岗、课中有赛,岗中有课、岗中有赛".实施"课岗证赛"四位一体培养模式,可从以下四个方面着力:深化校企合作,联合开发人才培养方案;构建"课岗证赛"四位一体的课程体系;完善"课岗证赛"四位一体的实践教学体系;改革传统考核评价机制.同时,要强化"双师型"教师队伍建设,完善"课岗证赛"四位一体实践教学条件,开展并参与形式多样的技能竞赛活动,为"课岗证赛"四位一体人才培养模式提供保障.%Currently, there is a severe mismatch between the supply and demand of talents in China′s tourism and hotel industries. And this mirrors the fact that talents cultivation of the tourism management specialties in many colleges and universities is hindered by many problems. A new cultivation mode that features the integration of "class, position, certificate, and competition" combines four aspects, namely, classroom teaching, actual job training, certificate obtaining, and competition participation. To implement the four-in-one talents cultivation mode, we should put efforts to 1) deepen school-enterprise cooperation so that the two parties can co-develop the plan to nurture talents, 2) construct a curriculum system that fits the four-in-one mode, 3) improve the system of practical teaching, and 4) reform the traditional evaluation system. Meanwhile, we need to strengthen the team construction of double-title teachers, improve the conditions for practical teaching, and carry out and participate in different kinds of competitions. Only in doing so can we guarantee a successful implementation of this four-in-one talents cultivation mode.
