长沙市295例男性体检人群血清性激素水平变化研究

         

摘要

目的 初步了解长沙地区男性人群的血清性激素随增龄变化规律. 方法 选取健康男性自愿者295例,年龄40-70岁之间,分别测定总睾酮(TT)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(SG)、尿酸(UA)浓度,计算得出游离睾酮(FT)、生物可利用睾酮(Bio-T)、游离睾酮指数(FTI),同时测定同一地区26例30-39岁健康男性的相关指标作为对照组.结果 中老年男性TT、SHBG、FT、Bio-T、FTI水平,随增龄均出现梯度性变化,SHBG水平逐渐增高,TT、FT、Bio-T、FTI水平则逐渐降低.TC、TG、LDL-C浓度变化与年龄无明显相关性,HDL-C、SG浓度变化与年龄呈正相关性,UA浓度变化与年龄呈负相关性.TT、FT、Bio-T、FTI与年龄、SG呈显著负相关(P<0.01),SHBG 与年龄呈显著正相关(P=0.001),TT、SHBG、FT、Bio-T、FTI 与 TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、UA 没有相关性(P>0.05). 结论 中老年男性血清TT、SHBG、FT、Bio-T、FTI水平随增龄均呈现明显梯度性变化,与SG呈负相关,与血脂、UA没有相关性.%Objective To investigate the changes of sex hormones with male aging which the people come from Changsha area. Methods We recruited 295 healthy old and middle-aged (40-70 years) males, we determined the concentrations of serum totol testosterone (TT), sex hormone -binding globulin (SHBG), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoproteins (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), serum glucose (SG), uric acid (UA), and obtained the free teststerone (FT), bioavailable testosterone (Bio-T), free testosterone index (FTI). Meanwhile, we included 29 (30-39 years) males from the same area in a control group. Results With the increase of age, the serum TT, SHBG, FT, Bio-T, FTI levels change significant, the levels of serum SHBG increased, and those of TT, FT, Bio-T, FTI decreased gradually. The serum TC, TG, LDL-C level was not significantly correlated with aging, Serum HDL-C, SG had a marked positive correlation with aging, while UA was negatively correlated with aging. Also TT, FT, Bio-T, FTI level had a marked negatively correlation with aging and SG, SHBG was negatively correlated with aging, and TT, SHBG, FT, Bio-T, FTI were not significantly correlated with LDL-C and UA. Conclusion The levels of serum TT, SHBG, FT, Bio-T and FTI changed with aging in a gradient manner in the old and middle-agedmales, also was negatively correlated with SG, and were not significantly correlated with Blood lipids and UA.
