黄香散穴位外敷促进腹部外科术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察黄香散外敷对腹部外科手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效及对患者血浆胃动素﹙motilin,MOT﹚变化的影响.方法 将我院100例腹部外科术后患者随机分为外治组和对照组,各50例.对照组常规治疗,外治组在对照组的基础上,双侧足三里穴敷贴黄香散.对比两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气、肛门排便时间及MOT含量变化.结果 外治组在腹外科术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气、肛门排便时间及MOT(24、48、72 h)含量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 黄香散外敷能够促进腹外科术后胃肠功能恢复,疗效确切.%Objective To observe the effect of Huangxiang powder for external application on the improvement of gastrointestinal function and blood motilin (MOT) in patients after abdominal operation. Methods The 100 patients after ab-dominal operation were randomly divided into external treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The con-trol group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was external applicated with Huangxiang powder at Zusanli acupoint on the basis of conventional method. The intestinal voice restoration time, passage of gas by anus, defecation time and the change of MOT were compared between the two groups. Results The intestinal voice restoration time, passage of gas by anus, defecation time and MOT at 24, 48, 72 h of external treatment group were shorter than those of con-trol group, which had statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Huangxiang powder for external application could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation, which has definite clinical effect.
