史锁芳教授运用'六经欲解时'辨治肺系疾病举隅

摘要

The experience of Professor Shi Suofang in treatment of lung diseases with the theory of "the recovery of the channel disease" were introduced. Cough was treated through the theory of the recovery of Shaoyang and Yangming channels;fever and cough were treated through the theory of the recovery of Yangming and Taiyin channels; asthma was treated through the theory of the recovery of Jueyin channels. The thoughts and methods of the theory of "the recovery of the channel disease" by Professor Shi were analyzed. The theory of "the recovery of the channel disease" shows obvious clinicl effect in treating pulmonary disease.%介绍史锁芳教授运用"六经欲解时"辨治肺系疾病经验.结合史教授临床病案咳嗽从"少阳、阳明欲解时"论治;发热、咳嗽先后从"阳明、太阴欲解时"论治;哮喘从"厥阴欲解时"论治,分析史老师运用"六经欲解时"的思路和方法,观察其临床疗效.运用"六经欲解时"辨治肺系病症疗效确切,"六经欲解时"理论具有积极的临床应用价值.
