摘要

The integration innovation of Hunan Voice mainly lies in the integration among various kinds of media and the integration between media industry and other industries. To promote the leaping development of all media of Hunan Voice, firstly, we should change our ideas to realize the transformation from cartier to platform; secondly, we should pay attention to talents introduction and fostering; thirdly, we should make brave breakthroughs in the mechanism.%三湘华声的融合创新主要体现在各种媒介之间的融合，以及媒体业态与其他业态的融合。为进一步推动三湘华声全媒体跨越式发展，一要转变观念，谋求从载体到平台的转变；二要注重人才的引进与培养；三要在体制机制上大胆突破。
