在探索高职院校主持播音专业校企合作人才培养模式的实践中,“声音工厂+拟制片人制”是一种新范式。在这一范式中,将三个学年六个学期划分为4个阶段,围绕职业岗位能力需求,进行职业基本素养、岗位基本能力、专业单项能力、预就业顶岗综合能力学习与训练,培养学生“以播为主,兼能采编”、“一专多能”的综合能力,达到“首岗适用、多岗迁移”的目的,提升学生的就业竞争力和可持续发展能力。%“Sound factory +quasi producer system” is a new paradigm of host and broadcasting professional personnel training in exploring university-enterprise cooperation .In this paradigm , six semesters are divided into four stages to culti-vate students ’ basic career quality , basic work position ability , specific professional ability and comprehensive ability .In this way, the purpose of promoting students ’ employment competitiveness and the sustainable development ability can be a -chieved.
