By using the way of weight coefficient and Hadamard＇s inequality, a half-discrete reverse Hilbert-type inequality with a best constant factor is given. We also consider its more accurate extension with multi-parameters, the equivalent forms as well as the dual forms.%应用权系数的方法及Hadamard不等式，建立一个具有最佳常数因子的、半离散逆向的Hilbert型不等式，并考虑了它的较为精确的多参数推广式，等价式及对偶形式．
