紫铜零件小尺寸孔的钻孔加工分析

摘要

分析了普通的麻花钻结构特点,通过选择合适结构参数的麻花钻头,采用合理的麻花钻研磨方法,并针对紫铜材料的特点,选择合理的切削用量与操作方法,解决了紫铜零件较深小尺寸孔的加工工艺问题.%This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the ordinary twist drill, and chooses the appropriate configuration parameters of the twist drill, and adopts the reasonable polishing method of the twist drill. The right cutting parameters and methods of operation are chosen according to the characteristics of copper materials. At last, the machining problem of the small-size deeper hole of the copper parts has been solved.
