基于校企共建多维一体的国际化试点班建设的实践与思考--以飞机制造技术专业为例

为适应国内外航空企业对高素质职业技术人才的需求，探索基于校企共建多维一体的飞机制造技术国际化试点班建设，利用国际化教学资源，推进与欧洲航空制造企业的深度合作，全面推行高水平国际化人才培养模式。通过专业背景、培养标准、师资队伍、教学资源考核评价国际化的实践，培养出能适应国际化航空企业需求的具有国际化视野的技术技能型人才。%Meeting the need of high-quality skilled talents from domestic and foreign aviation companies, the paper explore the construction of the Multi-dimensional International Experiment Class of aircraft manufacturing technology based on co-establishment of school and enterprise. International teaching resources are used, and the deep cooperation with the European aerospace manufacturers is promoted, and the high-level international talent training mode is performed. By the practice of the major background, the cultivation standard, the teaching staff and the international examination and evaluation of teaching resource, the international skilled talents should be cultivated to meet the talent needs from international aviation companies.
